Europe's small telcos are Achilles' heel in rivalry with US and China

BRUSSELS - Traditional telcos and Big Tech activities in the connectivity field are becoming closer, blurring the lines between their traditional roles.

While this presents huge potential benefits in terms of cooperation, innovation and costs, if not managed correctly, it could also put EU’s economic security at risk.
